We’ll start with a free phone consultation to talk about what I do and what you need most.

Packages include a prenatal home visit, where we’ll talk through your hopes for the postpartum period and I’ll get familiar with your home, routines, and unique needs. I offer….

  • Feeding support (breast or bottle)-All of my postpartum care packages include breastfeeding support.

  • Newborn care basics (diapering, soothing, bathing, etc.)

  • Household help (laundry, tidying, errands if needed, etc.)

  • Emotional support and encouragement

  • Education on topics that you are interested in such as pumping, breastfeeding, infant sleep expectations

  • Care for parents (rest breaks, recovery support, emotional check-ins)

  • Assistance with older siblings

  • Referrals to valuable resources in your community

  • Flexible scheduling including days, evenings, weekends

    • 24 hours, spread across 4-6 visits

  • Comprehensive support for families who want to deeply nurture their postpartum experience.

    • 40 hours (spread across 5-10 visits)

    • Perfect for: families who seek a deeply supportive, restorative postpartum period.

    • Single visit (4 hour minimum)
